Tagged

I've just randomly decided to do this considering nobody tags me. Ever. :(. But anyway here goes.

Instructions:Remove 1 question from below, and add in your personal question, make it a total of 20 questions, then tag 8 people in your list, list them out at the end of this post. Notify them in their chat box that he/she has been tagged.

1. Name Three Most Valuable Assets?

Friends and family(isn't that obvious), trustworthiness(??)

2. If you were to be stranded on a desert island, who are the 3 blog buddies you would take with you?

From the unknown ones, MadMomma, Compulsive Confessor and ??!. I simply love their writing styles and I'm very very curious about their non-internet selves. In the case of the MadMomma though, I'd make her bring along the Brat and the Bean and the OA too.

The ones I know personally are a little bit tougher but it would have to be Mynie Moe, The Juiceman and Xorkes.

3.Where is the place that you want to go the most
?

I want to travel the world but offhand, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil. Especially those places with lots of sunshine and beaches.

4.If you can have 1 dream to come true, what would it be?

A better world to live in. Cheesier though it sounds and a reduction in global warming levels.

5.What are you afraid to lose the most?

The spirit to forget and to live and let live.

6. What would you do if you found a briefcase full of money?

Check if it belonged to someone. Then spend it on family, friends and myself.

7. If you meet someone that you love, would you confess to him/her?

Nope, dont think I would. I'm way too shy.

8.List out 3 good points of the person who tagged you...

Well, in this case its me. So here goes :-

a. Honest
b. Laidback
c. Trustworthy

9. What are the requirements that you wish from your other half?

The ability to forgive and forget. To not hold grudges and move on and to be able to not look back at the past, only towards the future. Also someone very vocal about the way they feel.

10. Which type of person do you hate the most?

Liars and Selfish people

11. What is your ambition?

To be happy and satisfied no matter what I'm doing.

12. What is the thing that will make you think someone is a bad person?

If they're cruel to old people and children and dogs. I can understand being afraid of dogs but kicking them or hitting them is something I can't understand. Also the same with children and the elderly, its different to avoid them but being rude and ill-mannered is a whole other story.

Also I judge people when they're mean to waiters and cab-drivers and generally people whom they think are beneath them. I really believe in, Don't judge a man by how he treats his equals but by how he treats his juniors.

13. Easter is coming, who do you like to celebrate with?

Family. Festivals are time for family. Period.

14. If you could do one thing different in life, what would it be?

Nothing at all. I've never regretted anything and I'm not going to start now.

15. .Are you a shopaholic or no?

Nope. I get bored in half an hour.

16. What is your stress buster?

Basketball and reading.

17. What should be done to people who make such long tags?

Marvel at the patience this takes.

18. Do all of us like what are we doing here?

Generally? Yes. Right now? I'm not too sure.

19. Name one favorite song of yours

I have too many to name but as of now it's Lean On Me by Rockapella

20. What would you change about yourself?

My inherent laziness. It surfaces more and more these days.

I Tag :-

Daydreamz
Xorxes
Mynie Moe
The Juiceman

Remembering Avanti

Day before yesterday, on the 8th of November 2008, Avanti Desai would have turned 21. Instead 15 days before her birthday, as she hurried home to celebrate her grandmother's birthday, Avanti met with a train accident at Jogeshwari station. Just like that. Gone from our lives forever. Leaving behind a huge void and the world a lot more gloomier. And when I got the call first thing in the morning, I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a cruel sadistic joke, but as the calls kept coming in, I realised it was true. Even at the cemetary,, it still hadn't sunk in that Avanti was no longer here. The worst moment though was watching her disappear into the crematorium, it was horrible and I couldn't believe we were leaving her there, and through the next couple of hours all I could think of was of her going up in smoke while we stood there in the bright sunshine. It seemed incomprehensible at first, to think of Avanti as dead, to talk about her in the past tense, to get...

Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal

I watched Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal over the weekend. First day first show in fact and it was fun. A paisa vasool movie if nothing else. Goal absolutely belongs to John Abraham. You cannot take your eyes off him when he's on screen and he does superbly well in a film that doesn't need much histrionics. And his smile. Its just the best. I'm a sucker for nice smiles. The kind where the eyes get all crinkly and his entire face just lights up. Bipasha Basu doesn't have much to do in the film and is incredibly inept at what she does do. She just doesn't come across well. The songs are pretty good. I especially loved Halla Bol. Billo Rani on the other hand is a nonsensical film and would have fitted in better in a movie about UP or Bihar. And how a bunch of footballers who are struggling to pay rent for their club manage to come up with enough money to hire dancers and a vulgar looking singer is beyond me. The movie though doesn't do much for me. The computer animation is ...
