I just started reading Everything Worth Knowing by Lauren Weisenberg and I must say that it is one of the most god-awful books I've ever read. And I've only read about a quarter of it so far. The only reason I'm trying to finish it is cause, well, I bought it and I hate leaving books unfinished and thereby wasting my money. It's almost as bad as the The Inscrutable Americans by Anurag Mathur. And that's saying a lot. Simply because The Inscrutable Americans made me want to stick my finger up my nose and pull my brain out. Yes, it is that horrible. And I regretted ever reading it. Suffice to say, I'm going to be giving a wide berth to any Anurag Mathur books from now onwards. Back to Everything Worth Knowing, the reason I bought it was cause I read The Devil Wears Prada and though I didn't love the book. I loved the description of the clothes in the books. The Diane Von Furstenburg dress, the Roberto Cavalli patchwork skirt. Well you get the picture. So basic...
